การประชุมครั้งนี้ จะมี Plenary Sessions รวม 4 Sessions ได้แก่ 2 Sessions
ในวันที่ 2 และ 2 Sessions ในวันที่ 3 ช่วงเวลาของ Plenary Sessions แต่ละวัน คือ
08.30-09.30 น. โดยแต่ละ Session มีเวลา 30 นาที
There will be 4 Plenary Sessions in total; 2 sessions on Day 2 and
2 sessions on Day 3. The time for Plenary Session of each day is from
8.30 to 9.30. The time allocated for each Plenary Session is 30 minutes.3. Parallel Session
การประชุมครั้งนี้จะมี Parallel Session 52 Sessions สำหรับการนำเสนอใน
ห้องที่มีผู้เข้าฟัง แต่ละ Session มีเวลา 60 นาที สำหรับการนำเสนอ โดยมีประธาน
1 คน (หรืออาจมีประธานร่วมอีก 1 คนได้) และมีผู้นำเสนอ 2 คน (อาจมีผู้นำเสนอ
3 คน ในกรณีพิเศษ) โดยใช้เวลานำเสนอ 45 นาทีและเหลือเวลาประมาณ 15 นาที
ให้มีการถามตอบและอภิปรายโดยผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมเรื่องที่นำเสนออาจเป็นองค์ความรู้
ผลงานศึกษาวิจัย บทเรียน ประสบการณ์ ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม
ต้นแบบ และตัวอย่างโครงการจากนักวิชาการ นักวิจัย นักศึกษา ผู้นำระดับต่างๆ จาก
ภาคส่วนต่างๆ ผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง และผู้สูงวัยผลงานที่จะนำเสนอ สามารถมาจาก 2 แหล่ง คือ
1. การเชิญให้มานำเสนอ (คณะอนุกรรมการวิชาการฯ จะวางแผน สรรหาและเชิญ
ผู้นำเสนอมานำเสนอในหัวข้อที่กำหนด)
2. ผู้สนใจส่งผลงานมาเพื่อการพิจารณาคัดเลือก (คณะอนุกรรมการวิชาการฯ จะ
ประกาศและคัดเลือกผลงานและเชิญผู้นำเสนอผลงานที่ได้รับการคัดเลือก แต่หากไม่ได้
รับการคัดเลือกสำหรับการนำเสนอใน Parallel sessions คณะอนุกรรมการวิชาการฯ
ก็อาจขอให้นำเสนอในรูปแบบ e-Poster)
There will be 52 Parallel sessions for oral presentations. The time
allocated for each session is 60 minutes. In a session, there will be a Chair
(possibly with one Co-Chair) and 2 Speakers (or 3 Speakers in some cases.
The time for oral presentations should be 45 minutes and 15 minutes
are allocated for questions and answers or discussion with the audience.
The presentations may range from knowledge, research findings and
studies to lessons-learned, experiences, policy recommendations, models
and example programs from academicians, researchers, students, leaders
of different levels and sectors, executives/administrators, practitioners,
stakeholders, concerned parties and the elderly.
There are 2 sources of the presentations.
1. Invited presentations (The Technical Sub-Committee plans, identifies
and invites speakers for the selected topics.)
2. Submitted presentations (The Technical Sub-Committee announces
and solicits for presentations of selected topics, then, reviews and selects
a set of submitted presentations and invites the speakers. For papers
which are not accepted for Parallel sessions, the Technical Sub-Committee
may accept them to be presented as e-Posters)4. E-Poster Presentation

ประสบการณ์ ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม ต้นแบบ และตัวอย่าง
โครงการ) เพื่อการนำเสนอในรูปแบบ e-Poster ซึ่งแสดงบนจอภาพให้ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม
เลือกอ่านได้
Interested institutions or persons can submit e-Posters to be displayed
on screens in the Conference. The content of the e-poster presentations
may include knowledge, research findings and studies to lessons-learned,
experiences, policy recommendations, models and example programs.5. Symposium
Symposium มุ่งเน้นการอภิปรายและปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้นำเสนอกับผู้เข้าร่วม
ประชุมโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะเจาะจง มีบทสรุปและ/หรือข้อเสนอแนะที่ชัดเจน แต่ละ
Symposium จะมีการกำหนดเวลา เช่น 2 หรือ 3 ชั่วโมง หรืออาจใช้เวลามากกว่านั้น
เป็นกรณีพิเศษ สำหรับบาง Symposium ซึ่งทั้งมุ่งหวังให้มีความร่วมมือระหว่าง
หน่วยงานในการจัด Symposium โดยแต่ละ Symposium จะมีผู้นำเสนอจำนวนหนึ่ง
และมีประธานและประธานร่วมเพื่อดำเนินการ และสนับสนุนให้ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมมีส่วนร่วม
และอำนวยการอภิปรายรวมทั้งการถามตอบ
A Symposium is an interactive dialogue-based session with specific
objectives and clear conclusions and/or suggestions. The time allocated
for a Symposium is 2 or 3 hours, or longer for special Symposium. Symposium
will be organized in collaboration with partners. Each Symposium
has a number of speakers and a Chair and Co-Chairs to facilitate the
presentations, facilitate participation and encourage discussions and
question/answer.6. นิทรรศการและบูธ (Exhibitions and Booths)
6.1 นิทรรศการและบูธ ของสถาบันการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัย สถาบันวิจัย (รวมทั้ง
โรงพยาบาลของหน่วยงานดังกล่าว) (ไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย)
Academic institutions, universities, research institutions (including
hospitals of the institutions) (free of charge)
6.2 นิทรรศการและบูธ ของหน่วยงานราชการ รวมทั้งจังหวัดและองค์กรปกครอง
ส่วนท้องถิ่น (รวมทั้งโรงพยาบาลและศูนย์สาธารณสุขของหน่วยงานดังกล่าว)
(ไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย)
Government agencies including provincial administration and local
administration (including hospitals and health centers of the agencies)

6.3 นิทรรศการและบูธ ขององค์กรสาธารณประโยชน์ (NGO) มูลนิธิและชุมชน
(ไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย)
NGOs, foundations and communities (free of charge)
6.4 นิทรรศการและบูธ ขององค์กรระหว่างประเทศ ประเทศอาเซียนและประเทศจีน
ญี่ปุ่น และสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี (เกาหลีใต้) (ไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย)

6.5 หน่วยงานภาคธุรกิจเอกชน (เสียค่าใช้จ่าย)

หมายเหตุ: สำหรับนิทรรศการและบูธ จะต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์มเสนอและระบุอย่างชัดเจนถึงประโยชน์
ของนิทรรศการและบูธ เช่น ประโยชน์ในด้านวิชาการ สุขภาพ ความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี สังคมและหรือเศรษฐกิจ
คณะอนุกรรมการวิชาการฯ จะพิจารณาและอนุมัตินิทรรศการและบูธให้มาแสดงในงานประชุม รวมทั้ง
พิจารณาเกี่ยวกับการเก็บค่าใช้จ่าย
Note: Each Exhibition or Booth must submit a form that states clearly the technical,
health, well-being social and/or economic contribution of the Exhibition or Booth.
The Technical Sub-Committee will review and approve the Exhibition and Booth
proposals and will determine the fee
